Why not try one of our indoor/outdoor fitness Bootcamps in Winslow on a Monday & Wednesday evening 6.15 pm – 7.15 pm or Waddesdon on a Tuesday 6.30 pm – 7.15 pm.

 

It doesn’t matter what your shape, size, age or fitness level, you’ll always feel welcome in our fun, friendly fitness club there is always something for everyone.

 

Stay motivated and have fun by training with a group of people who share similar goals. Training in groups is proven to be more beneficial and will help you keep focussed and committed.
