Exposure Sport gives the opportunity for both boys and girls to participate in a fun, safe, sporting environment. Taught by fully qualified Teachers with years of experience in the professional sports scene.



Sean has been working in Primary Schools in the UK for the past 6 years. He has been committed to raising attainment through PE during this time. Sean specialises in the delivery of high quality PE lessons, providing PPA Cover to Primary Schools across the South West.


Sean has had experience in both the Professional game and the U.S. College System. In 1998, Sean was offered a Two Year Apprenticeship at Southend United Football Club in the U.K. Following this, Sean played in Holland with Storm Vogel’s Telstar and then the Faroe Islands with B71 Sandur.


Sean then moved to the USA studying at Belmont Abbey College (NCAA) in Charlotte, North Carolina on a Football Scholarship. He later transferred to St Thomas University (NAIA) in Miami, Florida. His Major was computer science.


Since College, Sean has worked part time in the football scene, amassing 15 years of Coaching/Scouting experience.



My name is Fred Worrell and I am a Key Worker/SENCo at Little Oaks Pre-School in Waddesdon, where I have worked for 10 years. I hold a Level 3 qualification in Child Care, am paediatric first aid qualified and hold a food hygiene qualification.


I have recently joined Sean providing fun and exciting arts and crafts at his holiday camp and will be joining him at his after school club and holiday clubs moving forward. I provide various activities, including arts and crafts – painting, drawing, slime making, cooking and graphic design on t-shirts and bags and much much more.


I look forward to seeing you at Exposure Before/After School clubs and Holiday clubs.



Tony Appiah is a dynamic and forward thinking individual with a great passion to succeed and to inspire others around him.


Tony is a FIFA Licensed Football Agent based in Northampton, England. Players currently working with Tony are Newcastle United and Ghanaian International Christian Atsu to name just one.


Tony’s knowledge and contacts in the football scene will ensure a smooth progression and growth in a player’s career.



Derek is a Ghanaian Professional Footballer who plays predominantly as a forward or anywhere across the front three. Derek previously played for clubs in England, France, Scotland, Bulgaria and South Korea.


Derek’s insight, experience and overall knowledge of the game makes him a fantastic mentor for any aspiring players.


Exposure Sport is very happy to have Derek as its Company Ambassador.

Phoebe Hillyhard


My name is Phoebe and I’ve been coaching and helping with Exposure Sport since the beginning of 2020. I help with the after school and holiday clubs. When I attended Waddesdon Village  Primary I used to go to Exposure Sport clubs which I thoroughly enjoyed. In my spare time I like swimming, netball and hockey, I just love sport.

Mayamiko Leach


Hello my name is Mayamiko. I’m 13 years old and I have been helping out at Exposure Sport this summer. I like to take part in athletics, play netball, and I also play football for the Aylesbury girls football team. I really enjoy helping out at Exposure Sport because the activities and staff are really fun and playful. The children always seem to have a lot of fun and have a good time. It’s nice to be able to put a smile on other peoples faces.



My name is Jack and I’ve been coaching in various primary school for the past 9 months. I have experience in providing high level after school and lunchtime clubs along with fun and engaging PE lessons.



I have over 2 and a half years experience coaching primary school aged children in a variety of sports through my sports leader qualification. Alongside this, I also have expertise in delivering high quality football sessions through my Level 1 FA coaching qualification.
